    The beginning of our journey was similar to most, we wanted our own app to breathe life into our brilliant idea. Although the functionality of the application was way ahead of it's time, we underestimated the number of other expertise that were required to successfully execute and monetize on such a complicated project. Such as user research, UI/UX design and marketing, just to name a few.

    We found ourselves alone, inexperienced and without guidance. It was at this point, we realized that developing a successful digital product is not driven by just the idea and coding team, but rather an entire array of services. SIVOXI was born and on a mission to deliver world-class products by combining the-best-of-the-best service providers and expertise.

  • Covid-19 pandemic.

    The Covid-19 pandemic was what we referred to as a "black swan event". Everything changed in a blink of an eye. Technological innovation became the focus of many forward-thinking businesses. We were fortunate enough to have build strong relationships with some of the most decisive businesses around the world. So although it was challenging for our team to be working remotely, we were still able to successfully deliver on incredible digital products, due to our structured processes and controls. We made it through the disaster which was 2020 with even more knowledge, experience and amazing clients.

    This is our story. Dating back, 6 years, and what a journey it has been. From experiencing, first-hand, the financial implications of a failed digital product and the realization of the necessity for the inclusion of a vast plane of specialized services in every digital product development, to becoming an award winning custom software development company. Gregory Khoury CA(SA) | Founder & CEO

Gregory holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree as well as an Honours Degree in Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand and started his career as an auditor, business analyst and strategist. With his strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and commitment to continuous improvement, SIVOXI® has become what it is today.

In addition to obtaining the best out of his team, Gregory is committed to helping businesses succeed through excellent strategy, innovation and technology. By designing and delivering technology solutions that help businesses become more successful, he aims to make SIVOXI® a world leader in technology services.

Gregory spearheads the company’s aspirations for new business that will enable the company to diversify and grow its footprint, continue to attract a star team, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Arianna Khoury | Chief Legal Officer & Admitted Attorney

Arianna is an accomplished attorney with a passion for design and is part of the core talent team. She has extensive experience in the tech industry, and is responsible for overseeing all legal matters at SIVOXI®. 

In addition to her legal expertise, Arianna is also an experienced skilled designer, with a deep understanding of the design process and the ability to create visually compelling products. She has a keen eye for detail and is known for her ability to balance aesthetics with functionality. This unique combination of legal and design skills allows her to effectively navigate the complex legal landscape of the tech industry while also ensuring that SIVOXI®’s products are designed to meet the needs of its customers.

Matthew Maselle | Project Manager

Matthew is a highly experienced project manager and is part of the core talent team. He is responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Matthew is known for his ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, to plan and organize resources and to identify and mitigate risks. He excels at managing cross-functional teams and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

In addition to his professional expertise, Matthew also has an avid interest in current affairs, as he follows the latest developments in politics, economics, and international relations closely. He is an avid reader, with a particular interest in understanding the underlying causes of global issues and the potential solutions that may arise.

Jagabandhu Jena | Lead Software Engineer

Jagabandhu serves as a Lead Software Engineer, leveraging his expertise to drive technical excellence within projects. With a Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) specializing in programming, he brings a strong academic foundation to his role.

In his capacity as lead developer, he leads technical discussions, solves complex problems, and spearheads the technical aspects and development of various project modules. His proficiency as a full-stack developer is fueled by his passion for programming and his commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Jagabandhu’s strengths lie in his systematic approach to problem-solving and his attention to detail. He thrives on tackling challenging technical issues and finds innovative solutions to overcome them. 

Outside of work, Jagabandhu’s adventurous spirit drives him to explore new places through travel. Additionally, his dedication to meditation fosters a healthy work-life balance.

Kamron Mahadeo | UX/UI Designer

Kamron is a dynamic UX/UI designer known for his innovative designs and user-centric approach. Holding a double major in Visual Communication and Interaction Design, with a specialization in Interaction Design, from The Open Window, Kamron brings a blend of creativity and technical expertise to his role.

With a keen eye for detail and a compassionate understanding of user needs, Kamron excels in crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. His key responsibilities include user experience and user interface designs, coupled with intensive user testing.  

In his personal life, he enjoys watching and playing football. When he’s not out on the field he enjoys sketching and adventuring during his travels. Kamron’s fascination with technology and gaming fuels his creativity, constantly driving him to push the boundaries of design innovation.
